How it works

Your request goes from your words to a plan we agree, then a built update that reaches every PC in the shop.

  2. Step 2: We scope it together

    We agree what will change before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

  3. Step 3: We build and deliver an update

    We make the change and send you an update to install.

  4. Step 4: It syncs to all your PCs

    The update is shared to every PC in your shop, so they all work the same way.

What is included

In year one, we handle unlimited reasonable requests. Larger features are scoped together first.

After year one: Kade keeps working forever. Extended support is optional, priced on request.
